Fabrica.io is the system developed by Tracers to control manufacturing and inspection process.
Scan the QR code on any Tracers product to get access to product indo and inspection done by manufacturer before releasing the product.
After scanning QR code you get access to the products inspection journal where you can save all crucial information about usage of the product. Leave photos of the scene, attachment point photo after load, parameters of load applied and so on.
The are two types of inspection in the journal: Regular and Case. Regular is done by schedule in your office or other facility to inspect the product each period of time. Case inspection is the inspection type done after usage. This inspection helps to monitor product activity, loads which were applied and the condition of the product or it’s parts after the case.
